The café is located on the ground floor of the structure and offers a range of snacks and refreshments, while the souvenir shop offers a range of Dubai-themed gifts and souvenirs. Dubai Frame is open to visitors every day of the week from 9 am to 9 pm. Admission to attractions is reasonably priced, and tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. Dubai Frame is located in Zabeel Park in Zabeel (between Karama/Bur Dubai and the Mall). Visitors should use Gate 4 on the east side of the park. The nearest metro station to Dubai Frame is Max (Red Line). It is about 1/2 mile from the station to Gate 4. It is a pleasant walk. Exit the bus station and follow the path around Zabeel Park. If you don’t want to walk, you can get a bus from Max metro station. The feeder bus F09 goes to gate 4. Convenience Facilities include toilets, an information desk, luggage storage, and car parking.
